ARVENRA — evidence first

Train smarter, live better

Evidence-based writing on training, nutrition and recovery, edited from the panel.

How a recommendation is made

ARVENRA Method

Everything published here goes through three stages, turning a research finding into something you can actually do.

  1. Reviewing the evidence

It starts with the existing research, systematic reviews and position stands from recognised scientific bodies — not a single study.

  2. Simplifying without distorting

Findings are rewritten in clear language, but the limits and the conditions under which they hold are not quietly dropped.

  3. Turning knowledge into action

It ends by saying what this actually changes about your training or the way you eat.

A plan written around your circumstances

No off-the-shelf plan fits everyone. Yours is built around your training history, your goal, your physical limitations and the realities of your week.

What the plan is built around

  • Your training history and current level
  • Your specific goal
  • How many days you actually have
  • Limitations and previous injuries
  • Your lifestyle and daily schedule
  • Dietary circumstances and preferences
