Terms of use

The terms this site and its services are offered on, and what each side is responsible for.

What this page is

This page sets out the terms on which this website and its services are offered. It is kept in plain language so that reading it is actually possible.

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not agree with part of it, please do not use the services described here.

The content here is educational

The articles on this site are educational. Their purpose is to convey what the evidence says, simply and without distorting it.

This is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or individual medical advice, and it cannot be. An article has not seen you, does not know your history and cannot examine you.

If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or take medication, speak to a doctor or the relevant specialist before changing how you train or eat.

If you experience pain, dizziness, breathlessness or anything else unusual while training, stop and see a doctor.

Requesting a custom plan

The plan request form is a request, not a contract. Sending it does not by itself mean work has started.

Every request is reviewed. If it is accepted, the terms, duration and cost are agreed separately before any work begins. Until that agreement, neither side has committed to anything.

Accepting a request is discretionary. If your situation falls outside this area of expertise, or needs medical assessment first, the request will not be accepted and you will be told why.

Any plan written for you is based on the information you provide. If that information is incomplete or inaccurate — particularly about injuries, conditions and medication — the plan cannot be sound. Filling the form in fully and honestly is your responsibility.

A plan written for you is yours. Reselling it, republishing it or passing it to other people is not part of this agreement.

Ownership of content

The article text, images, design and the ARVENRA name belong to Arian Fadakar, except where stated otherwise.

You may quote part of an article as long as you credit the source and link to the page. Republishing a whole article elsewhere, or using the content commercially, needs written permission.

Scientific sources cited in articles belong to their own authors; citing them is not a claim over them.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, get in touch and it will be looked at and corrected if needed.

Limits of responsibility

Real effort goes into keeping this content accurate and current, and into citing a source for any claim that matters. Even so, science moves, and no text stays complete forever.

Decisions you make on the basis of the educational content here are your own. Training and nutrition outcomes depend on many things — age, genetics, sleep, medical conditions, consistency — none of which a web page can control.

No specific outcome is guaranteed, in the articles or in a custom plan. Anyone guaranteeing a certain result is promising something that is not theirs to promise.

This site may occasionally be unavailable, and content may be corrected or removed. No promise of permanent availability is made.

Where a link points to another site, that site's content is outside this one's control and is its own responsibility.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page is updated to say so. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
